Located in the sector 55 of Noida, this property is tucked in beautifully with the beautiful greenery surrounding it. Entered into this beautiful hotel with a warm welcome and we dined in at NTC for the preview of the new launched Menu: Dravidyatra that is serving exquisite south Indian offerings till March 14, 2016.

We sat down opposite to the pool side and with the well lit interiors and soothing music, we were comforted instantly.

We had a set of some delicious starters and main course, that came specially from their chef who served the following dishes:
Elenbu soup
, Pukos Melagu Paratal, Chappa Vepdu , Andhra Mutton Fry, Malabar Koli curry, Palak Kura Pappu , Kalan terakal, Koli Purchadu.

The Fish was crispy, well marinated and delicious! The Malabar Koli Curry were just perfect, served with a malabar roti, the taste of both enlightened my palate and I completely loved to relish it!
I asked for the second serving of the same! The roti was soft, well layered and not heavy on the stomach. Overall, all the specialty dishes served to us were amazing and unique in their own way. They were something that i have never tried and they came as a surprise to me.Always thinking of south Indian food to be restricted to Dosa, Idli, Vada and Sambhar, I was more amazed than shock to meet the culture from the other side India. Most of them hailing from Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu.

Moving on to the drinks, we ordered: Safe Sex On The Beach (Mocktail) and an Appletini. Both of them were well made and served well. Even tho appletini was Tad over sweet for me.

Proceeding on to the desserts, we devoured some super scrumptious desserts ranging from cheesecake, to gulab jamun to barfi to red velvet cake. I loved them all !
The pictures here will justify my amazing experience at NTC and I am happy to be offered to try on their amazing new delights at their South Indian Food festival currently going on. I recommend everyone to must visit and Mustn’t miss on the opportunity to indulge in their sinful desserts! 🙂
